WhatsApp Support Packages

Ongoing reassurance and professional guidance, without home visits.

These packages are ideal for families who are receiving NHS midwifery care and would like additional support, continuity, and a calm point of contact for questions and reassurance.

  • • Antenatal WhatsApp Support
Support throughout pregnancy with messaging access 7 days a week (08:00–20:00)
  • • Postnatal WhatsApp Support
Support from birth to 6 weeks postnatal with messaging access 7 days a week (08:00–20:00)
  • • Guidance around pregnancy concerns, feeding, newborn care, emotional wellbeing, and signposting
  • • Care provided alongside your NHS midwife

full antenatal and postnatal packages include

  • Home visits (60–90 min each)
  • WhatsApp support (08:00–20:00)
  • Phone check-ins
  • Maternal care (bleeding, recovery, sleep, nutrition, pelvic floor)
  • Baby care (feeding, weight checks, safe sleep, jaundice monitoring)
  • Emotional support and guidance for the whole family

Not included:

  • 24/7 on-call cover
  • Birth attendance
  • Prescribing medication
  • Replacement for NHS midwife care
